South India Book Agency specialises in books and academic resources. Because book titles, authors, editions, publication years and ISBNs can be very specific, please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Order cancellation
- You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
- If you need to modify an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to stock availability and any difference in product price or shipping charges.
Returns, exchanges and change-of-mind requests
We do not normally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or where the customer selected the wrong title, author, edition, language, quantity or other product detail. Please check the product listing and your cart carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective or incorrect books
If a book is received damaged, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or we sent a materially incorrect item, please email us at southindiabookagency@gmail.com as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the book, the issue, the outer packaging and the shipping label. Do not mark, write in, stamp, alter or further damage the book while the request is being reviewed.
Once the issue is verified, we may arrange a replacement. If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund for the affected item. Where we confirm that the wrong, damaged or defective item was supplied by us, reasonable return-shipping arrangements or charges will be handled by South India Book Agency as instructed by our team.
Publisher and reprint variations
Book cover artwork, packaging, paper shade, printing details or other minor presentation elements can change between publisher print runs or reprints. Such minor variations are not normally treated as a wrong or defective item when the book supplied materially matches the ordered title, author and edition/ISBN information shown on the product listing.
Unavailable items
If we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order because an item is unavailable, we may cancel the unavailable item and refund the corresponding amount paid for that item.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account can vary depending on the bank, card network, payment gateway or other payment provider.
