South India Book Agency is a bookseller based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, offering books and academic resources, including medical, dental and other professional study titles.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, misuse customer or store data, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that harms the service, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Book information, editions and images
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information. For books, customers should carefully review details such as title, author, publisher, edition, publication year, language, ISBN and quantity before ordering.
Publishers may change cover artwork, packaging, paper, printing details or other minor presentation elements between print runs and reprints. Product images are therefore illustrative and minor appearance differences may occur. If an edition or ISBN is material to your purchase, please rely on the product details shown and contact us before ordering if clarification is required.
4. Availability and order acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item is available. Orders are subject to payment authorisation, stock availability and our acceptance. We may decline, modify or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of stock or publisher availability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or an incomplete/invalid delivery address.
If we cannot fulfil an item for which payment has been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment process.
5. Prices and payment
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where relevant, are shown or calculated during checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and/or supported payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for being authorised to use the selected payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but can be affected by courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays, publisher/stock availability and other events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance where an order has a delivery issue.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, cancellation may be requested before dispatch, while change-of-mind returns are not normally accepted. Special handling applies where a book is damaged, genuinely defective, materially incorrect, or an ordered item cannot be supplied.
8. Customer communications and reviews
If you send us feedback, reviews, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. We may use genuine feedback for customer service, store improvement and reasonable promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, branding and original store content are owned by or licensed to South India Book Agency and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Copyright and other rights in books, book covers, publisher materials, author names, trademarks and third-party content remain with their respective authors, publishers, trademark owners or other rights holders. Our sale or display of a book does not transfer those intellectual-property rights to customers.
10. Third-party services and Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, logistics, analytics and other service providers. South India Book Agency is the seller for purchases made from our store; Shopify provides ecommerce technology and is not the seller of the books you purchase from us. Third-party services may also have their own terms and policies.
11. Accuracy, interruptions and liability
We may correct errors or update website information without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, South India Book Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
