Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India from our premises in Chennai.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
The delivery charge depends on the weight of the order and the destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we will let you know its status.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether the titles are ready for collection at our Park Town premises.
Returns and refunds
Can I return or exchange a book?
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy. Please check the title, edition, author and ISBN before placing your order.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the parcel and books as soon as you receive it, and we will look into it promptly.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to make the change.
What if a title is unavailable after I order?
We will contact you to offer an alternative edition or a refund for that title.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You may order as a guest. An account lets you view your order history.
Payment
How can I pay?
Payment is made online at checkout using the methods shown there, such as UPI, cards and net banking. All prices are in Indian rupees.
Can I get an invoice?
An invoice is issued with every order. Institutions requiring an invoice in their name should mention this when requesting a quotation.

Books and editions
Are the books original?
Yes. We are stockists and distributors for the publishers we list, and supply only original editions.
I need a particular edition
Please mention the edition in the order note at checkout, or contact us before ordering.
The cover I received looks different
Cover images are for reference. Publishers revise covers between printings, so the cover you receive may differ.
I cannot find a title
Message us the title, author or ISBN on WhatsApp and we will check availability for you.
Unable to find a title?
Many titles we stock, including imported editions, are not yet listed online. Message us the title, author or ISBN and we will confirm availability and price.
