The book encounters ever-changing new legal challenges aimed at practicing dermatologists, hair, cosmetic and VD specialists. Legal concerns in medical practice are catching dermatologists off guard with each passing day. Dermatologists' use of seemingly benign terms like "iatrogenic," "know case of," "known complications," and "known to cause death or disability" is equated to alleged medical malpractice.
People are becoming more conscious as a result of dermatologist's services falling under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act-2019.
