About the Authors
Ramandeep Kaur Dhillon MSc, PhD, is currently working as Principal at Ajit Nursing Institute, Sunam, Punjab. She has also served as Director, Faculty of Nursing for 9 years in Desh Bhagat University, Punjab. She was the active member of District Quality Assurance Committee. She has participated in several national and international conferences as key note speaker, resource person or judge. She has won Dr Sarla Kapoor award at Indian Society for Psychiatric Nurses (ISPN) for the best research paper. She has also been awarded with Indira Gandhi Award for Excellence for achievements in her chosen field of activity and services.
Deepak Kumar Shandilya RN, RM, BSc (N), MSc (N) (Psychiatry), MBA (HA) & PhD (N), is currently working as Principal at Abhilashi College of Nursing, Mandi (HP). He has done his BSc (N) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and MSc (N) (Mental Health Nursing) from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana, Ambala..He has done his MBA in Hospital Administration from Jaipur National University and PhD (N) from NIMS University, Jaipur.
